CYO Basketball Registration

Registration for boys and girls CYO basketball 5th – 8th grade (as of Sept. 2016) will be held in the OLM gym on Monday, June 20th from 7-9 p.m. A Registration Form and Code of Conduct form are available on the OLM website www.olmchurch.org (click on “CYO” tab). A $125 check payable to OLM, signed code of conduct and completed registration are required the night of registration. First time Catholic players must provide a COPY of their Baptismal Certificate, which is also due that night.
