CYO BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

Registration for boys and girls CYO basketball 5th – 8th grade (as of Sept. 2019) will be held in the OLM gym on Monday, June 17th from 7- 9 p.m. A Registration Form and Code of Conduct form are available on the OLM website www.olmchurch.org (click on “CYO” tab). A $125 check payable to OLM, signed code of conduct and completed registration are required the night of registration. First time Catholic players must provide a COPY of their Baptismal Certificate, which is also due that night. Your child must be actively enrolled in the religious education program (CCD) to be eligible to play. We are looking for coaches at all levels.
