2017 Athletic Scholarship
In memory of Greg Slyfield, a Kinnelon resident, lifelong athlete and former Athletic Director for OLM.  This scholarship honors his memory, his competitive spirit and his values of balancing work and play.  Scholarship Deadline:  February 28, 2017
GUIDELINES: 

• Graduating 8^th Grade Student are eligible
• Must be a Kinnelon Resident
• Member of the OLM CYO Basketball program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete Application – Application can be found on the OLM website www.olmchurch.org or from CYO coaches.
• Essay (one-page) describing what playing basketball for OLM has taught you with respect to playing on a team and why you play CYO basketball
• List of other sports played
• NO GPA or Academic Requirement

• Completed Application & Essay should be mailed and must be post marked by February 28, 2017
