SCHOOL BUILDING ACCESS

As the new school year starts a gentle reminder to everyone that our school facility is shared with the Shepard School and we need to be respectful of their exclusive use of the school building Monday – Friday 8am until 4pm. The only access permitted during the school day should be associated with the Religious Education office via ringing the bell at the front door. No one should be entering the building for any other reasons. Please call the Religious Ed office or the Rectory to arrange your visit and ensure someone is there to greet you. Also, be mindful that the refrigerators and freezers in the kitchen are shared as well and we should only be using OLM food related products. Lastly, no one should be entering the school building at any time without previously scheduling the visit with the Parish office. Thank you for your cooperation.
