Sister Nancy and Sister Joann from The Dwelling Place of NY will at all the Masses on the weekend of April 28th and 29th. The Dwelling Place is a transitional shelter for homeless women located in Manhattan. Parishioners of OLM have been faithful supporters of this ministry for many years. The sisters look forward to this opportunity to offer their gratitude in person and update you on the women currently being served. A second collection will be taken to support their ongoing efforts. Thank you for your care and generosity.
The event is sold-out for golfers, HOWEVER, we are still in need of more sponsorships. If someone would like to sponsor the water and soft drink carts which travel the course providing refreshments to thirsty golfers, the cost is $750 plus your name on each cart. Also, don’t forget to donate those authenticated memorabilia you may have somewhere. There may be someone who would love to have them for their collection.
If you are not a golfer but would like to support the Golf Outing, please purchase a Booster for $20 and a chance to win an Apple iWatch or Samsung S3 Watch, your choice. Signups are in the Narthex. Good luck!

Earth Day transcends all national borders, yet preserves all geographical integrities, spans mountains, oceans and time belts, and yet brings people all over the world into one resonating accord. It is devoted to the preservation of harmony in nature. World Day of Prayer For Vocations - “The Lord continues to call others to follow him. We should not wait to be perfect in order to respond with our generous “yes”, nor be fearful of our limitations and sins, but instead open our three hearts to the voice of the Lord. To listen to that voice, to discern our personal mission in the Church and the world, and at last to live it in the today that God gives us.” Pope Francis
In the northeast, spring is coming slowly this year, but here at OLM it is already BLOOMING inside and out thanks to our Garden Angels! We are so grateful to all those who continue to care for the flowers in and around our parish. Thank you to the Garden Angel who planted the lovely spring flowers by the OLM road sign and to all those who water and care for the Easter plants/flowers in the church and chapel.
