After much consideration, the committee has decided to cancel this year’s Msgr. Ryan Golf Outing due to the continuing uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic. Please accept our apologies, but the most important thing is for everyone to be safe and comfortable in their endeavors. We are working to finalize details for the 2021 event and will communicate them in the near future.

On July 28th is Msgr. Carroll celebrating his 80th birthday! Please keep him in your prayers and wish him well the next time you see him!

We are in need of Catechists/Teachers of the faith for our children.  God qualifies those He calls.  We provide training and guidance.  The rewards far outweigh the commitment.  Please prayerfully consider sharing our faith with our children.  Classes meet, Sundays 10:15-11:30 or 7-8:30 and Mondays 4:30-5:45 or 7-8:30.  All grades needed 1-9.  Contact Mary for more information or to answer any questions [email protected].

The need for food for the families in Paterson has not let up. The Fr. English Food Pantry has always depended on OLM's generosity to help meet the need. Food donations can be left in the entrance of the parish house.

Registration forms for Religious Education were mailed out the week of 7/13 for grades 1-6. You will receive Confirmation Registration in the mail shortly. The shelves at the Fr. English Center are bare. Please pick up some additional items for them on your next trip to the supermarket and drop them off at the Parish House. Carlos said he would take either food, gift cards or checks. He also said donations could be made from the Fr. English website https://ccpaterson.org/donate. In the comment box indicate that the donation is for Father English.

On July 8th, Fr Steven Shadwell will celebrate his 31st Anniversary as a Priest. Many blessings to him as he continues his faith journey!

Marianne Garibaldi and Lori Covello have had the privilege to serve as Eucharistic Minister Coordinators for the past 15 years. They have decided it is time to step down and pass the torch. It has been their honor to serve this Sacred Ministry. If needed, they will continue as EM Coordinators until the end of this year.
